I think releasing a memo on November 4 saying there is no evidence of fraud is ludicrous. It could take weeks or months to make such a determination, not a matter of hours.

Some of the fraud cases have been thrown out. Other alleged incidents are still being litigated. Yet, the head security guy makes a definitive statement that the "system is not compromised in any way". Isn't that the reason why they are still in court? Trying to figure it out. When it's all said and done and if it turns out to be no fraud, then great. But, geez he should have let the process play out before making a statement, or chose his words better. He should have known Trump was going to take him out for that one. That was poor judgment on his/Krebs part.
