I don't understand. Your ballot does not have your name on it. The state can't say that your ballot was counted.
They have a record of who voted. That's what I'm talking about. I voted in person on November 3rd. The Board of Elections has no record of that but does have a record of all of the times I voted previously and by which method (absentee, early in person, day of election in person) for the past several years.

However, when you came in to vote, you were checked against a list of registered voters. There should be a record that you checked in.
That's what I'm talking about. According to the Board of Elections, there is no record of that in my name.
What they need to show is evidence of deliberate fraud committed by one of the political parties. Right now there is no such evidence. There are always some stochastic fraud attempts on both sides, but it represents an insignificant contribution to the total.

There is "no evidence" according to you.
However, as you are not a part of the criminal investigation nor one of Trump's attorneys (and thus not privy to the information), the fact of the matter is that you don't know.
Be patient- Information in ongoing litigation and criminal investigations is rarely released in full to the public. During the trials (which will most likely be televised) you can hear all the evidence you want and that information will be available as part of a public record.
The Biden "win" has many elements which are statistically impossible. I find it odd that democrats say they believe in "science", but apparently not statistics, and are very selective in what "science" they choose to believe, usually pseudo-science that supports far left agendas.
This is what I keep thinking. How do we no there was no fraud on the Republican side? I read that in PA there were verified two cases of people fraudulently submitting ballots in the name of deceased relatives. They were both Trump supporters.
Yep, I was just reading about 20K ballots that were supposedly found after being lost in one state...but apparently they are ALL for Trump!!!
Gee, that sounds very suspicious!
Im really interested to see what Trump will do...with all his talk of 'fraud and cheating by Biden'...he has really put himself into a tight corner...in doing this, he CANNOT ever willingly leave office now

Going by what you posted
" Well, I know my vote didn't count. Voted in person on November 3rd. The State Board of Elections says it has no record of it. Is that election fraud?"
How does it work at your polling station?
Does the person handing you the ballot have to cross your name off a list?
Is so, then this person just handed you a ballot without doing that?
If they didn't cross you off, and the machine scanned your anonymous ballot, then your vote WAS counted. You just didn't get crossed off the list.

I agree. This was most likely human error. Either the poll worker failed to cross his name off, or crossed off the wrong name. But if he inserted a ballot into the machine, then his vote was counted.

I am patient. I am waiting to see if any evidence is presented in court and found to be credible. Witnesses should testify and submit to cross-examination. If there is a statistician that can testify in court that the result was statistically impossible, that should be considered. Meanwhile, I ignore any claims made on Twitter, City Data, Facebook or press conferences, and I would advise you to ignore those as well.
