He does not NEED to concede, but the GSA is holding up the transition process.

If that transition could get started I don't think anyone would care if Trump had the maturity or civic sense to allow him to admit he lost.

Traditionally, candidates have conceded to allow the country to move on, and the seamless transfer of power to take place. It has proven to be helpful in keeping our republic strong and stable. The candidate makes a speech to enable the supporters of the loser to have closure, and accept the reality. Trump supporters are denied this opportunity to accept and move on. Psychologically it's a tough spot to be in.

I guess by your comments, you actually don't know why Trump has not, and will not concede.
I will clue you in.
As long as votes are tied up, and being contested in any court, the electors can't vote their choice.
Trump will keep this going until what would have been inauguration day.
At that point, because the electors could not vote, the house get's to choose the president, and the election is history.
It is as though there was no election.
Now, members of the house don't get to vote.
Each state is given one vote, and that would mean fifty votes.
Most states are controlled by republicans, so I guess it goes without saying who would be the next president, and his name does not begin with a "B".
The constitution lays it out pretty clearly what the process is.

Trump will never concede just like Democrats will never concede his victory in 2016 without Russian interference.

Good for Trump, giving liberals a taste of their own medicine.

I voted for Trump and I have always been a conservative, But he has gone rouge and taking half of the GOP with him. If the electors vote for him the party will be destroyed. So then the the GOP will lose senate seats and the socialists will win in GA. Just a bunch of fools and cultists

I don't think the electors will get to vote one way or the other.
With the electors not being able to vote, because votes are tied up in court, the process moves on to the congress.(the house in particular).
