Each Govt has its specific responsibilities, something about exclusive and concurrent....all that stuff. Even the Bill Of Rights addresses it. Joe would call it the 'thing', I guess........
Just saying. He's lately been bunkered in the White House and made very few appearances in public. Other than his bombastic tweets about election fraud and firings (latest one happened today) what else has he been doing? Practically all tasks have been handed over to his yes-men like Pence and Giuliani and those tasks have more to do with protecting himself than benefiting the country as a whole. Is he even interested in being the POTUS anymore, even for just 2 more months?
President-elect Biden on the other hand seems to be in a much more energetic mode, assembling his would-be cabinet, courting constituents, and even participating in podcasts. Yet only a few months ago, Biden detractors mocked him for "hiding in his basement". My how the tables have turned.
Trump has spent four years abusing his office, even engaging in treasonous acts, to effect his re-election. He lost - badly. It is all-consuming. I doubt we will see much presidential activity from him over the next two months. That is just as well.

There is no such word in the Constitution as President elect nor is there a such thing as a President elect.
He loves the rallies, the praise, the pomp, the press conferences, and all of those things, but this is a guy who doesn't read the short, edited documents given to him, stopped attending briefings some time ago, has no interest in the governing part of the job, which is at least 75% of the job of being president.
He's happy to sign a document, especially getting the attention and press coverage for doing so, but the work itself, no. People who have worked directly with him, or attempted to do so said he has the attention span of a 9 yr old.
Nope...he is way to busy hiding in the White house watching TV, tweeting nonsense, and having meltdowns.
