I think we all need to be more careful when throwing around labels. A negative label (e.g., Socialism or Marxism) circumvents the necessity of thinking accurately, based on facts and evidence. Having no respect for the truth is an extremely acute psychological failing, leading to the conclusion that a person cannot be trusted.
