The Covid restrictions are similar to the last time, restaurants are permitted to take carry out and window ordering, but no dining inside. Restaurants are still permitted to receive deliveries, that may be coming from other states too!

This is useless imo...if you allow intrastate deliveries, whats the point of closing the dining room? That truck or driver could have been anywhere, exposed to anything.

But it's a much lower duration of exposure and if both parties are wearing masks, risk is very low. Indoor dining rooms are among the riskiest places unless ventilation is done correctly and in most restaurants, it isn't.

They could sneak across the border to Red State Ohio where you are banned from dancing, playing games, and have a 10 pm curfew.

I guess that’s “freedom”.

How can you call Beshear a 'tyrant'?

When this happened last time, he allowed these places to open back up!!! A tyrant would have came up with a reason to keep them closed.

Proving there is no "science" to any of this. Staying home in isolation is the only absolute. I say go for it,
