Toronto was just put under lockdown. Everyone in Toronto is abandoning their offices.
I am about 99.99% sure Dominion will not file and about 100% certain, would not win if they did. That law professor knows there is no chance of Dominion being able to even file let alone have any chance of winning. This is just an attempt to influence public opinion.
Corporations are treated as public figures so need to prove all the claims are completely incorrect and that the Trump team knew it had no element of truth and acted with actual malice and specific hostile intent.
Even if all of that could be proved, it would not matter anyway. Dominion can not even file the suit, US law prevents it. The President and his lawyer have absolute immunity from these type of suits. A president would be doing nothing but defending otherwise.
Corporations have increasingly used threats defamation suits as an offensive weapon and influence public opinion. Many of these suits may be defined as SLAPP suits-Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation. They are playing to the audience, they know they cannot win and really don't care if they do. These suits, are designed to harass and silence a corporations' critics.
Your incorrect that the President has immunity from lawsuits he lost that case already, and they could sue the campaign, Rudy, and Sidney Powell. The President has immunity in his official job, not running an election campaign.

Let's analyze the program code and then decide. And not by a bunch of government bureaucrat numbskulls and half-assed programmers--by really, really talented coders and hackers.
