All of this because people were unable to think for themself and they wanted somebody else to think for them thinking they were getting something for nothing.

One thing that came out of this election was shattered misconceptions.
"It's the economy, stupid" is not really valid anymore. Given that unemployment, GDP and market gains were all worse under Trump than under the previous administration, Biden should have run away with this election. 72M Americans ignored that trope. It is likely dead now. The economy can be in the dumpster and an incumbent is still viable.
Rally sizes don't mean anything.
The "enthusiasm gap" is a myth.
You don't need Florida to win the election.
You don't need Ohio to win the election.
The popular vote margins DOES matter. You can't win by 5M+ votes without closing tiny gaps in close states like MI, WI and PA. Those votes have to come from somewhere. And many came in just the right places.
I think "It's the economy stupid" would work if we weren't as divisive amongst the media. The problem is people only believe what their preferred source for news says. If a preferred source says the economy is good, they'll believe it while if the not preferred source says it is in the toilet despite credible proof, they'll say it is fake news.
Ohio was the bigger shock as Florida went to Bush in 92, not Clinton. Ohio however did go Clinton. Ohio hasn't broken away from the President since about 1960. 60 years is a real trend with 15 elections worth of data, not a handful of elections. That said due to the paths, Ohio was not a need. Florida was but it wasn't a must-win for Biden.
The popular vote difference is a mixed bag. Biden in California alone was the 5m vote deficit.

It shouldn't be controlled by activists from either side. What's your evidence it has been? That means specific cases that can be shown to have been decided outside Constitutional law.

You know what was Trump's greatest triumph? He gave millions of people HOPE that America would carry on as a world super power, a shining beacon on the hill for the world to emulate. That America is the Greatest Country ever.
You know who else once offered HOPE for the nation? He was handed a Nobel Peace Prize for that thought but look how far he and his party has fallen. They make apologies and excuses for our past and present and they are poised to throw it all into the trash can of History in favor of some globalist alignment.
Obama gave us Trump and Trump gave us a Biden, a man that should be retiring and Harris that was chosen for her gender and skin tone. Lord Help US.
This is precisely what he didn't do. Everything was lip service. He pushed the allies away and that gave China a leg up. They did not care about the trade war because they have money. Not being engaged in strategic relations around the world is exactly what China was looking for.
