he's throwing out the results from the affidavit that conflated MI and MN!!!
somebody on the campaign had to have pointed out to rudy that he information was completely bunk so he's intentionally trying to deceive and dobbs, the oblivious lap dog, is eating it up.
....but it shows that just because someone signs a document doesn't make it truthful. It can be a lie, it can be fictitious ....
a judge in maricopa county got team trump to admit just that this past week in court.
when pressed by the judge the attorney admitted that the campaign had signed affidavits, under penalty of perjury, that were blatantly false. when questioned further the attorney admitted that they had no idea if the signed affidavits submitted to the court were true or false. as the judge pointed out their process for accepting affidavits completely lacked any reasonable expectation for gathering facts.

They didn't plan on General Flynn telling the Kraken, how they do it and they have done it each election cycle. Then she did some digging....

She apparently has proof that both Kemp and SOS received money. Kemp then ordered the purchase of machines from China vendors. If true, when they certified the election the crime was complete.
Doesn't matter if she is on Trump's team. Or anyone's team. She has her own law firm and is a registered civilian military lawyer. She can sue on behalf of US Citizens for constitutional, federal, and civil liberty crimes. These type cases are heard by the general federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and U.S. District Courts.

I think we can leave it there because it seems like your argument is now “This **** is so crazy that she’d be crazy to say it if it weren’t true.”
This, of course, misses the point that she has a financial and reputational interest in continuing. She has no play left but to double down or triple down.
i don't doubt that, i just don't think this is going to play out the way you're expecting. i think Ms Kraken's antics are going to be an embarrassment to team trump and a detriment to the GOP.
but.... i'm willing to grab a bag of popcorn and watch this trainwreck unfold.
Except there IS proof the affidavits are flawed. Even beyond this one. Trumps own team had to admit in front of a judge that they dismissed many of the affidavits because they were proven to be false. Which led to the rest being dismissed because the Trump team did not present those as accurate, but as being unable to be proven to be INaccurate.
No such proof exists in any quantity for the votes. Except the affidavits. Which, well....see above.
