Oh, they keep on making new lawsuits. Right now I think the count is 2-33, and the 2 didn't change the vote totals. There's also theoretically the Kraken case showing up some time.

nope, it came from Edison who collects the reported data for TV stations. It hiccups occasionally but if you look at subsequent numbers you will see that they right themselves. The point was that it wasn't a station employee sitting in the studio entering voting totals.
Why would the White House SIT on data they so desperately need to prove their case.
