And I can see why someone would do this. AOC has been saying that Trump supporters tried to murder her, and other politicians and media hosts have compared Trump supporters to Nazis and white supremacists. Will anyone hold those people for their incitement to violence, and ban them on FaceBook or Twitter? No.
Driver turned at the intersection. Several from the crowd had stepped off the curb into the street into the path of the car that just turned onto that street. Hit and run.
Driver didn't drive "into" the crowd. Nobody has been arrested. Unsure whether the driver had any political motivation or whether it was a mistake/accident due to pedestrians stepping into the path of a car into the road, as the car was driving by. Driver hasn't been identified.
