If he has one X chromosome it's a boy. Doesn't matter how much chop shop you do, DNA tells the story.

No it was her DAUGHTER that underwent the operation.
I don't know how many of these people that hope for the life that in their mind this kind of operation should bring, really find it and put the torment behind.
But whatever it is, it's definitely an abnormality, so no need to convince the rest of us that its' "nothing out of the ordinary."
As for Sade herself - she still rocked all the way into the 2000ies.
