“China Joe”? How....sad.

I get it. You’re very hurt the Game Show Host has been hiding in his bunker (or...his basement? Oh, sweet, delicious irony!) showing that not only was he impeached, not only did he lose by bigger margins than he won by, not only did he pick a JIKE of a legal team that just keeps losing...but that he’s ultimately a failure by hiding like a child and not doing his job.

You must be so proud.

How bizarre.

This woman was all in and willing to say anything to help Trump out and poof she's gone.

You don’t have to be on “his side” to acknowledge when someone does the right thing.

If trump did that, I’d give him credit. Sadly, he’s depressingly consistent.

Actually its Trump that is kowtowing to China. We have stopped all, that is all, naval training exercises. That coupled with the issues in the 7th Fleet regarding certification in things like basic navigation, our lack of a replacement for the Arleigh Burkes means China which now has clear sailing as it breaks out with a new blue water navy. There is some debate as to whether it is blue water yet, but even those who say it isn't quite yet there, don't disagree about where they are headed.

Trump and Giuliani are the GOP now. Serial philanderers have taken over the party.

It seems to me there are two games being played. One for OAN and Newsmax where she says whatever the hell she wants, and the other in court, where the overwhelming lack of proof leaves them with basically nothing to say.
Yes, but so much Trumpiness over the last four years has been a national embarrassment.

Isn't the legal strategy of the Trump team to craft the first case to make sure it will lose, so they can take it to higher courts in appeal all the way up to the Supreme Court?

I keep hearing this, but as a lawyer it doesn't make sense to me. An appeal is not re-trying a caseat a higher court. An appeal is where you appeal specific legal decisions by the lower court that you contend were an error of law. Such as the judge did not allow Exhibit A into evidence but should have because it met the legsl standard for evidence. You can't simply lose on purpose and then appeal to have a "do-over."

Christie is a fool. He needs to go away
