To get back to the original post, the Supreme Court has interpreted the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution (and it seems the plan meaning) to mean that anyone born t=in the U.S. is a citizen. So not only can it not be changed by Executive Oeder, it can'r even be done by an act of Congress - it would need to be done by Constitutional amendment. That is the more important issue than whether the Executive Order could be undone by a new administration.

It’s sad. I have been relegated to being viewed as an inferior being, because of my vote, by an entire group of arrogant, intolerant, sanctimonious people.

(And yes, I’m depressed this evening.)

S it’s a reasonable assumption you’re related to foreigners.

You gonna be willing to get deported when your ancestry records get pulled? Wear a patch showing what country you’re from? Or temporarily transferred to a ‘work camp’?

Wrong! The Supreme Court has never ruled on a case of this kind. It's merely been by PC policy that they have been deemed birthright citizens. It needs to be taken up before them and no act of congress or amending of the Constitution is needed.

You do realize that those who are violating our immigration laws and giving birth on our soil are mostly from white, Spanish roots, don't you? I guess they will have to go back to Spain then?

Interpreting birthright citizenship the way it was written and meant to be will not be a retroactive ruling. It will only from that point forward that the offspring of illegal aliens will no longer be granted our citizenship at birth.

Why would you just mention white people? Racist, much?

If Trump were truly a dictator he'd just wave his magic wand and get everything he wants. What's evil and demented about wanting to get rid of the travesty of granting the kids of illegal invaders our birthright citizenship?

If you want to go the dictator route then that would make Obama a dictator to by bypassing congress with his EO implementing DACA and DAPA. Don't be a hypocrite!
