They aren't appealing the original decision they are submitting a second amendment to the original lawsuit which they lost, how many more amendments can we expect. Sure sounds like a do-over but looks like another lost cause.
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals has granted expedited review of the Trump campaign's first Pennsylvania lawsuit.
There are likely to be other lawsuits also filed by the Trump campaign in Pennsylvania, by the way.
A nit - they won't be reviewing the lawsuit itself - they'll be reviewing whether the dismissal was proper. If they conclude the dismissal was improper, they'll send it back down for a do-over in the lower court.
