People like this can never be rehabilitated. They are sick, just like a sick animal, and need to be put down.

Killing them doesn't help the victim's family it just sends a message that killing is ok when dear leader decides it is. But what's even more troubling is for him to decide to add electrocution and firing squads, that's creepy and ghoulish, but it must get him off because there's absolutely no other reason for it.
