You know this is easily checked, right? There is no list of words after that first part. I checked the book and this Tweet sums it up:

You can read this book online. For instance, here is an easy to search text version. Just use Find on Page to check for the word Unity, as a start. It only appears once and is not in a list. The rest are just as part of the words community and opportunity.

Decency doesn't even appear in the book.
