Besides Jimmy Carter. Not the best President, but the man is a living saint.
He was definitely the first and only name that came to mind. He was a HORRIBLE President (despite my having met Miss Lillian in the Plains trains station (more of.....the plains big shack near the tracks) when he was in office, I just thought he was ill-equipped for the job. But it's obvious that karma had him go through that to get to his true calling.
Certainly NOT Carter. As to why, see below, boneyard1962 nails the criteria.
"Great" ex-Presidents makes themselves invisible after office, except for select events. They never interfere or comment on the current president or policies.
Carter has mostly stayed out of domestic politics. He's helped on some international situations and has been a driver of Habitat for Humanity which has built thousands of homes.

I agree completely. Obama tried to stay out of the spotlight, but the left knew they could pull him back in. Anytime I saw an article on FB, the first 3 comments were the same: "A REAL President with class! Wish you were still our President!"
Obama saw the love he was getting, which only made it that much easier for him to jump back in. As I have said on this forum before, the man campaigned so much for Biden, that I began to wonder if Obama was the one actually running for POTUS.. It's clear as day that he has nothing else going on in his life.
He's lost. He jumps at any interview he can, especially if it's about his Presidency, or how he feels about Trump. It's pretty sad. "Dubya" was able to do it. I remember one of the first few interviews they did after Bush was POTUS, he was happily being interviewed at his home and was showing off his paintings, as he had just taken up painting up as a hobby.
He expressed how happy was to be retired and didn't miss politics at all, and even asked the woman interviewing him to try to ask non-political questions. That's how it's done, and yet Obama can't do that. He should be spending time with his family and enjoying life. But it's evident that he can't do that. With Biden winning the election, don't expect him to go away anytime soon.

Can't wait to see how The Dotard measures up to these
