All these things are done for a limited period of time due to budget laws. It will be the Democrats tax hikes if it doesn't get renewed like almost all the others are.

isnt the trump tax cut designed to step them back up over time? to give temporary relief?

That's what I'm thinking the "hikes" they are talking about are.

Yes. But only temporary for personal taxes. Fortunately, our corporate taxes will remain low and that's what really matters.

The individual tax rates were temporary and combined with the changes in the personal exemptions between 2021 and 2027, the taxes you pay (as an individual) will be higher than prior to Trump's tax cuts (starting when you reach 2025 and after).

Yes, more taxes at the individual level, but Trump did it right. He reduced our corporate taxes so much that we'll end up in a better position no matter what.

So, yes, there's Trump tax hikes at the individual level. Hikes because the end result is higher prior to the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act.

He’s also going to tax the $hit out of corps again, and we all know where that will lead.

Jobs going overseas, his anti o&g rhetoric and regulations will destroy the energy sector.

It’s gonna be great.

Not sure how tax hikes, increased regulation, perpetual lockdowns, open borders, critical race theory, and spikes in energy costs constitute help.
We'll get a pathway forward from Covid hell. The Republican strategy of just pretending the virus doesn't exist shouldn't even be an option.

They'll try to steal credit for the Trump vaccines.

Trump has been lying to us for 4 years. That's one of the reasons he was voted out.
