When he has found it, he carries it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

I haven’t come across the Bible verse yet where Jesus says to make sure you don’t kill people with taxes making over 400K maybe I just haven’t gotten to it yet?

Let’s face it Jesus was beyond a socialist in fact he made AOC seem like Reagan..

If you’re a fundamentalist then follow it all not just the parts of the Bible that suit you.
Render under Caesar that which is Caesar's.
Christ's kingdom is not of this earth.

Conservatives give more to charity on every income level than liberals. Conservatives believe in helping others with their own money through private groups. Liberals believe in helping others with other people's money.

Jesus would certainly not want you to choose where to donate your own earnings to. Jesus would also want the government to own the means of production, a key component to socialism. He would also want us working and living in communes.

As a liberal, I would like to believe everything I just said about Jesus, but as a liberal I can not because we all know Jesus never existed and the Bible is fake news.
Maybe not among your colleagues, but there are many liberal Christians.

Most atheists believe Jesus existed. They just doubt his divinity.

yes the teaching of Jesus have been spun as communist doctrine but that certainly was not the substance of his teaching
He set some hard rules for personal responsibility
Santa Claus was not at the forefront

Jesus was also highly antagonistic towards the Roman Empire and its decadence. Jesus was fundamentally a political figure living in Judea after the Roman conquest. Jesus was one of many figures who opposed Roman rule, and this anti-Roman sentiment eventually led to the Bar Kokhba revolt. Hadrian suppressed the revolt and wiped Judea off the map.

The main reason Jesus stands out is because he not only opposed the Romans but was antagonistic towards the Jewish leadership as well. He made enemies out of everyone, so they killed him.

You create arguments and
and then pretend someone else made them, so you can argue against them aka you are arguing against your own argument, or arguing for the sake of arguing.

Has it ever occurred to you that I'm not looking for an answer from you?

Just because I comment on things that are in your post doesn't mean I give a crap whether or not you reply.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

God is a God of law and order not chaos and confusion. Jesus wanted us to be truthful, moral, and be fair and above all to be Holy in an unholy world. To separate from the world and be Christ like to pursue his teachings of moral truth and justice. To Hungry and Thirst after Righteousness. To help your fellow man. To take care of your own first . Be responsible and have a strong moral compass.
