He did at least apologize but I'm sure he REALLY didn't regret doing what he did and would do it again even if he said he wouldn't. His apology is just a slap on the wrist for getting caught and being a hypocrite and it means nothing and just not acceptable. He really should take full responsibility and face real repercussion to his hypocrisy and admit he's a failure in leadership and resign, but his ego will never allow it.
