That's not much of an argument, the Supreme Court hears a fraction of a percent so that doesn't hold much water. We have District Courts, Appeals Courts, State Courts yet all got it wrong because Trump lost.

The Supreme Court will settle this shortly, will you agree with the outcome or do they become part of this conspiracy.

Yes let’s add the MSM and Big Tech to the international conspiracy involving dominion flipping ballots, stolen ballots, dead people voting, fake ballots trucked in,Iran ,Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, soros ,the clintons ,the cia ,fbi ,DOJ ,Germany ,Republican and democratic judges on the county state and federal level all plotting to steal the election from Donald trump.

Doesn’t sound like a conspiracy theory at all

I don’t think that is true but even if it were These states have republican legislature so if you believe they acted in good faith and the voters acted in good faith the remedy cannot be to disenfranchise millions of voters. The judges keep ruling this.

Ya'll always confuse amusement with anger.

I've been in chats with trial lawyers reading this **** out and laughing to the point of crying.

We're not mad, trust me.

This is going to be more baseless garbage tossed out and dismissed.

Actually it's easy to prove the states in the law suit violated the constitution when the state executive branches rewrote election laws. Violating the constitution is ok just to win an election?

You can disagree all you want, but it is a state matter. Texas has to show that it was harmed, and that means that Texas has to prove fraud and fraud to the point that it CHANGED the outcome of the race. There is no such evidence, or we would have seen it in one of the dozens of earlier lawsuits. This is a weak lawsuit, without any real substance. But it makes all the Trump supporters in those states feel like their states are doing something, so the politicians are engaging in political grandstanding.

If it's so east to prove why haven't they won a single case out of 50.

ALL that this does is underscore to the court that this is political grandstanding of a very partisan nature. It doesn't really engage the courts at all. But Trump supporters seem to think it accomplishes something.
