Where was all the fraud proved? Again I say if there was fraud in the 2020 election, I'm all for finding out sooner than later. Why won't the Trump campaign prove the fraud????
I don't totally agree. Ramsland was a troll that set out to make trouble with no regard to the truth, and in that he succeeded. Sadly, there will be people who quote his paper for years to come.
Judges can only hear what is presented by the attorneys. Team Trumps attorneys have not presented this evidence to any court. The cases where they have presented their "evidence" the judges, including Trump appointees" have slapped it down due to being fictional, or hearsay.
You too can read the case filings and the judges remarks, there are even transcripts of the hearings in front of the judges that are available if you want to learn the facts.
Hmmm...might have been useful as part of her affidavit. That affidavit has been used in at least one case. The judge didn't find her credible since no one else mentioned things like machines jamming regularly, etc. in their affidavits and so on. Things that would have been easily noticeable.
What you're asking for can't be done, period, as you state above. This process is nothing new or unique to 2020. Why didn't GA's fully GOP controlled state government fix these "issues" before the election?
The hand recount DID prove that Dominion machines weren't surreptitiously changing people's votes, however. I fully expect the hand recount of paper ballots in Antrim County to show the exact same thing. What will you say then?
What I've been saying all along. The push for legitimacy needs to start at registration, and actual voting, along with accurate, properly monitored counting. There are severe shortcomings when it comes to voter verification and handling of ballots, thumb drives, whatever, allowing the process to be questioned. If we can eliminate the possibility of fraud, it should make everybody happy, as long as everybody legally allowed to vote can do so. There is no reason it can't be done. 2020 is done. Too late even if there was enough fraudulent voting to make a difference. the way things were run, there is no way to be sure one way or the other. I'm just asking to end the doubt in future elections.
