Probably. This was an Establishment conspiracy to commit fraud, so the Left-wing pollsters could easily pump up those numbers to make people think this was supposed to happen. It's not that hard to see the plan.

The polls didn't get every single one of the big states right for Biden. In a close one, Biden was supposed to win Florida, but didn't. North Carolina was too close to call with Biden just barely edging out, but Trump won. https://www.270towin.com/2020-polls-biden-trump/
Turns out there is a perfectly good explanation for why 300,000 ballot envelopes were scanned in at the Post Office, but never scanned out.
According to the Post Office, in order to assure delivery by deadlines, postal employees handpicked ballot envelopes, and expedited their delivery to BOEs, bypassing the the exit scanning process.
The polls in the battleground states most called into question for fraud were won by Biden. Were those polls based on fraud?
Absolutely. Since we couldn’t have open rallies, George Soros paid us all ten bucks apiece to rig the polls. That was chump change compared to the thousand smackers he paid 80 million of us to vote Biden/Harris, though.
I really hope the check gets here soon. It doesn’t look like the republicans give a damn about people who are struggling and can’t afford food or rent.

Just like quacks, Powell and Giuliani keep assuring Trumpism they have a solid case and they can win. They disregard losses and the mountain of facts against them, while bilking Trump and generating publicity for the gullible followers, who credulously believe all the tripe that Powell and her "secret experts" dream up.
I would be delighted by the irony of a lifelong grifter like Trump being conned by a shyster like Powell, except there is enormous damage being done to our electoral process and our nation. Most likely, Trump has promised ( wink wink) these bottom of the barrel legal fossils a final big payday or a portion of the spoils--- gained by his despicable ongoing con of the pitiful and pathetic cult---if they continue to spew their hocus pocus poison branded as miracle cure.
It is remarkable that there are so many people with once respectable resumes (Giuliani, Flynn, Powell, etc.) who have become nut jobs. All in service to an ignoramus who conned the electorate into making him president. The man who should never have been anywhere near the Oval Office finally has an entourage befitting of him- quacks, loons, conspiracy theorists and grifters. They deserve one another.

If you don't believe there was any fraud, and you get upset that people say there was, then why don't you team up with those of us who want to eliminate any chance of it happening in the first place.
Push for voter ID in registration and voting. Push for mail in voting that can be verified as truthful. There has to be a way to tie the ballots to the envelopes such that the ballot can be thrown out if, through a thorough inspection of the ballot and/or envelope, the vote is determined to be invalid. If determined to be invalid, only then could the identity of the voter and who they voted for, be known to the public, especially if it is premeditated voter fraud.
We have the technology to make the system fraud proof. We just need the will to do it.
If no one can legitimately claim voter fraud, we wouldn't have this mess to deal with. All we have right now is one faction believing their chosen candidate was cheated and another faction believing the same thing happened to their chosen candidate four years prior.

The Democratic Party did not claim bogus voter fraud in 2016 and they did not try to overturn the results of the vote, prevent the peaceful transfer of power and attempt a coup on democracy. Stop with this new false equivalency by phony narrative.
This recent election was the most secure in the history of our nation and Donald Trump is the only fraud in this tragic saga.
