Oh you missed a important part. They lacked jurisdiction because they had been granted what they sought. Oh and because their appeal caused that order to be held during appeal that as a result they had themselve made it effectively impossible to get the relief they sought as by doing so they've caused delays on them being able to look at the machines.

IE their appeal resulted in the denial of the relief they sought because they refused to take yes for a answer.

Its the most moronic of mistakes for a lawyer to make. This would be deeply embarrassing if Id been one of the folks who gave trump over 100 million for this effort. So no, this is in fact hilarious. You should read the order

That's right. One more screw-up by the elite legal team. If they'd done their case right the first time, they MIGHT have had a chance get a hearing on the merits. Now - they're out of time.

To be fair, though, even if they had managed to file it correctly, I'm pretty sure they would still have lost.

Antrim County Judge in Michigan orders forensic examination of 22 Dominion voting machines. This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machine flipped 6000 votes from Trump to Biden. Spiking of votes by Dominion happenned all over the state.
