No. There isn't enough proof that a single state had its outcome change let alone enough states to get Trump to 270.

And yes, he did have control. The deaths of 275,000 plus Americans are directly his fault for failing to lead. He's the boss, the buck stops with him. But he has shirked his duty and all we get is excuses. The guys a bully, he bullies reporters and belittles everyone. Screw him.
He's a putz and left our nation to fend for itself in a major crisis, while canceling out anyone who knew what they are doing. The man has destroyed SO many lives and families.
