So why didn't he form the PAC before he lost the election.
Because he thought his base was going to save him, and he'd be president until 2025. He refused to listen to literally thousands of stories in the media for the last two years telling him it wasn't large enough to get him reelected. He's a self-unmade man.
It’s a known fact that conservatives have always been more generous than liberals...look it up...conservatives spend their money, liberals want to spend other people’s money.
It can be a fine line between "generous" and "sucker" but giving money to a self-proclaimed billionaire on his way out the door crosses that line with a pair of seven league boots.

The Rally was for Trump Supporters. I did see idiot Democrat clowns making nasty comments on the live feed. I also noticed the Liberal sissy's left the room and were run out of there with their lame comments. Then the rest of the Rally was pleasant.
Thank God this craziness is not happening in Florida right now. Now we why does he have to be resident of Florida. Oh well its Palm Beach. He can golf with Russ Limbaugh.
