You men, using the govt to steal money from people who earned it, and giving it to people who didn't?

Who should the people getting stolen from, call to report the crime?

I disagree with it on principal but I think it's inevitable. there will be a lot of unemployable people, made obsolete by automation and AI. unskilled and manual labor used to be a viable option for low IQ members of society but kiosks, machines and robots will replace them at a lower cost.
welfare will need to be provided to them, or else there will be a revolt or a lot of starving, homeless people.
