war was started non the less . Countries and sectors of humanity start war . They’re also ended by war. It doesn’t matter when or where it was started, what matters is, it was started. As long as we have life on this planet there will be conflict and you want to make sure you’re banging in the nails rather than hanging on the cross. Also there was an “election” in Germany in the early 1930s
