No, they haven't. They are instead filing FOIA requests and trying to learn the truth. They recently got 68 pages of documents from the FBI:
His parents have made it very clear - if you have information about his death, share it with the police. DO NOT post anything on Internet public forums relating to any conspiracy theories because they consider it debasing their son's name.
They have already settled a lawsuit with Fox News for spreading wild unfactual theories about their son. They mean everything they said.
It's fine when you guys go after public figures like Hillary or Obama, or someone who threw themselves into the public arena; but this guy never wanted it. His parents never wanted it. On top of that, he has NEVER done anything to deserve this. His unfortunately death does not give you right-wingers the moral right to attach crazy stories to his name. Right-wingers need to know where to draw the line. This thread absolutely crossed it. There are literally thousands of liberal public figures you can construct crazy stories around, there is NO REASON to use this man's name.
