Not really, they just happen to be in districts that are heavily republican and if they don't humor the nutjob faction (with this meaningless action that won't go anywhere) then they'll be at risk in their next primary.

Quite the opposite. They are bowing so low to Trump we have to wonder if they have any backbone left.

Trump did what he does best. He riled up his base and some of these politicians are worried about the backlash if they do NOT support Trump.

I don't see this as a move to overturn Biden's victory, but to restore confidence in our election system. People like me knew that Biden couldn't win without massive voter fraud, I mean, come on, an old child groper, sniffer, kisser, racist whose brain is turning to mush.....................

They have yet to square that circle for us. The vote for President and Senate and House are all on the same ballot. Somehow they manufactured ballots that voted for Republican Senators and House Reps but then checked off Biden? How does that work?

A little fraud in Maine would have turned Collins' seat blue and, given what we knew at the time, that would have likely been a Democrat Majority Senate right there. But Collins won her seat and Biden won Maine.

And the Republicans gained seats in the House.

So where's this evidence that the election was fraudulent? And why aren't they presenting this evidence to the courts? From what I'm reading (court transcripts), when Trump attorneys are asked if the ballots are fraudulent, they say no.

In other words, this is gaslighting at its finest. Trump making his base believe whatever he wants them to and when given the chance to prove his case, there is no case and it will be because Trump says the courts are corrupt. Even the SCOTUS will be corrupt in Trump's eyes. He truly believes that justices he installed on the Court should be loyal to him.

I can appreciate your optimism but any D should have some serious concerns as to why the R's picked up 10 house seats and lost only 1 senate seat in 2020 despite Trump.

Yeah, we have another thread in here where the guy was screaming about how it was all liberal judges that cheated them. I linked to the NV judge making a pro-repub ruling in another case and also noted that the Supreme Court shot Trump down as well as he appointed 1/3 of them lol.

Sure. All they are interested in is power. Preserving the country does not cross their mind.

Present some evidence in a court of law then. It's really that easy.

It's easy to make wild claims on youtube or talk radio etc. about what someones cousin saw or pure conjecture etc. but that's not proof.

In fact, we've caught so many people in falsehoods posting here claiming affadavits had to be real because they're perjury otherwise (no they aren't) or that all the judges were liberals (no they weren't) and so on and so forth.

Or that more votes this year that registered voters from years ago. (That's sneaky and dishonest)

When you present no evidence in court and get caught making up lie after lie after lie...nobody has any faith in what you have to say.

Or an utter lack of backbone and fear of crossing Trump until they learn what power/control he may/may not still have over the GOP after January 20.
