Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was written after the Civil War to bar from government any traitors who would seek to destroy the Union.

My letter to House leadership today demands that 126 Republicans (and counting) are violating the Constitution.]

The text of the 14th Amendment expressly forbids Members of Congress from engaging in rebellion against the United States. Trying to overturn a democratic election and install a dictator seems like a pretty clear example of that.

I agree with the Congressman why should they be seated if they believe the election was a fraud especially those idiots who are contesting in the states that are accused of the fraud.

Then that means their on election was a fraud and they should not be seated

We aren't living in normal times my friend scary times. Even though this is all theatrics the fact that 100 plus Republicans think its a good idea to throw out millions of votes to prop up an unelected dictator is unamerican

Let's face it. All of the most objective evidence in the world will be ignored and dismissed by the democrats, no matter what it is.

Democrats have gone stark raving mad and have vacated reason. Even as their democrat leaders are tried and convicted for treason, they will refuse to acknowledge the facts.

You have this 180 degrees wrong. The "millions of votes" do not exist- THEY WERE FRAUDULENT. THAT IS THE POINT.

Dems refuse to believe all the hard evidence that 100%, unequivocally shows that Biden and the DNC stole the election.

1. Dominion servers in Frankfurt

2. Dominion source code

3. Dominion CEO in custody

4. Intercepted electronic information proving the coup

5. Witnesses at the polls verifying that hundreds of thousands of Biden votes were dumped after "counting was halted".

6. Video evidence of Georgia poll workers loading Biden votes into machines multiple times after republicans were told to go hone due to a fake water main break.

7. Counties reporting to the state that their actual hand counts do not match the Dominion counts

8. Evidence of the dead "voting" in the fraud states

9. Evidence of non residents voting in the fraud states

10. Illegal aliens voting in the fraud states

11. Statistically impossible occurances:

a. record voting turnout- over 100% in some districts
b. Benford's law showing a clear indication of fraud- this has held up as evidence alone in court
c. Biden winning far more counties than Obama and far more votes
d. Biden only recieving more votes than Hillary in the five metro areas of the fraud states- no where else
e. statistically impossible reversal of election results after 2 am the morning after the election


Wake up dems- even a blind man can tell that fraud was widespread in this election.
