Protestors in Portland have declared an autonomous zone surrounding the Kinney family home demanding that it be given back to them after it was foreclosed upon. There have been violent clashes with police. The family has raised $300K on GoFundMe. The owner of the home has claimed that he is a sovereign citizen and hence, did not need to pay his mortgage.
The investor who bought the property from the bank now says they will sell the house back to the family at cost, $280K which is less then the amount of money that has been raised.
It has come out that the Kinney’s are living at their second home a half mile away. A police report documenting Kinney as an animal abuser has also come out. The protestors remain focused on helping this “poor” family get their home back.

Are you saying that, while Trump respected the Constitutional separation of powers between Federal and State governments and let the states deal with internal crime and violence (except where Federal assets are under attack), Biden won't respect any such separation, and will just go right in and wipe out whomever he imagines is "at fault"?

As a life-long Oregonian, I never gave a damn about Portland. The people there have always thought that our state was all about them, but we'd be better off without their big-city problems and major pollution. Where I live, has just the right size and attitude. Every good idea that comes out of Oregon, starts here, not there.
