If he carries out his absurd veto threat over the section 230 demand, he risks just further illuminating his declining power and relevance by having Congress override his veto on his way out.

It'd be worth it just to watch him lose again.

What was the Senate vote on the final bill?

I believe final passage of the conference report is still pending in both chambers, it was initial passage I was referring to (86 voted yes in the Senate). However, I expect the final bill to also attain veto proof majorities in both chambers as usually happens with this bill.

So it has not passed both chambers by veto proof majorities then?

Inhofe has come out in support of a veto override. As one of the most conservative Rs in the Senate, I expect his support will be enough to get to 67. Obviously the votes are there in the House.

The final Senate vote may lose a couple from the 86 on initial passage but I expect it to be easily above 67.
