Copies of the documents obtained by The Arizona Republic show a group that claimed to represent the "sovereign citizens of the Great State of Arizona" submitted signed papers casting votes for what they want: a second term for Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
Mesa resident Lori Osiecki, 62, helped created a facsimile of the "certificate of ascertainment" that is submitted to formally cast each state's electoral votes as part of an effort to prevent what she views as the fraudulent theft of the election.
"We seated before the legislators here. We already turned it in. We beat them to the game," she said.
Good for them. Let the court cases and investigations run their course as long as possible. Discover as much as we can about what went on. We've got until the morning of January 20th. At that point, if they can't prove Trump won, they let those votes go to Biden.
It's like a certificates of participation that get handed out to all the kids that lost the race or whatever. It doesn't mean anything, but it helps to take away the sting of losing.

That's - not how burden of proof works. Or elections. Or - how anything works, really.
Not that it matters. Those clowns can vote for Trump or for the Great Gazoo, Emperor of all Mars - and people will shrug and ask "Who are you, again?" before moving on.

Creating a fraudulent Electoral College certification and actually submitting it, it seems, would be a federal crime.
From near the end of the article:
"Arizona sketches out a series of criminal charges relating to voting and election fraud, but those mostly appear to mostly deal with casting regular ballots or tallying the ballots.
It also has a provision for making, possessing or presenting what are known as forged instruments with an intent to defraud. That is a felony offense".
I would like to see ALL of them charged with felonies. This is absolutely outrageous. Enough coddling these babies.

the court cases have run their course. Trump and his supporters have lost 59 of them
It's over and it's gone from amusing to annoying to pathetic to pretend otherwise
Oh no. There is no fraud there. Arizona is now using Dominion Switch-An-Elector software. It just has a little drop-down box menu that you set on the dashboard and you can switch to any elector you want. But don't worry, that's the way the software is supposed to work. It makes the election more fair.
Anyone who thinks that Dominion is a problem ONLY in the states Trump lost but was perfectly fine in the ones he won is proving only their own hypocrisy. Hypocrisy and fraud are not actually the same thing though
