In Washington, they don't seem to get it - it's all about winning or losing - it's politics...

They don't care about us.
Nancy Pelosi has refused multiple deals since well before the election and until now. She has stated she would rather get nothing than not get everything. She is demanding some really stupid expensive unrelated stuff.

It matters because only one person is blocking every single deal. That person is Nancy Pelosi. Everyone in the country should contact her office.

Whether you get term limits or not to these positions doesn’t matter. It’s the people in leadership positions. We have this problem as a country putting horrible, self serving jerks On in. Charge of everything for whatever reason. Mental health is the real issue. Doing term limits only only changes from keeping the same self serving jerks in power forever to a revolving door of jerks. The root cause is never fixed

We need better human beings running things on all facets of society in this country. Not sociopaths

I don’t know; I think sometimes those people are the ones most likely living paycheck to paycheck with their keeping up with Jones’ lifestyle. It then becomes a very drastic realization that you have to sell your luxury car and your McMansion and so forth.

You have a good point. Unfortunately, the politics game is so nasty that few decent people want to get involved.

Whatever they do, the top 1% will be at the front of the line to get the next stimulus. The bottom 99% are an afterthought.

Read Bernie Sanders comments today...he gets it. He sees his fellow politicians and top 1%'rs saying...

"Eat our crumbs you filthy stinking peasants!"

Corporate America gets trillions, then they kick it back to the politicians through 3rd parties, or it gets washed as campaign donations.

"Hungry 99%'ers, get nothing, until we are done feeding at the trough"

It's my stupid dream that some day, Red & Blue will see all this for what it is....total corruption by the top 1% to control the bottom 99%.

Its time for the 99% to conduct a re-set of the top 1%.

Congress spent 2 trillion dollars. Where it went.....well.
Governors forced businesses to close their doors eliminating millions of jobs.

Thats not nothing.

I doubt many of them can't afford food. Look at some of the cars they are driving.
You are just giving them free stuff. A lot of people just want free stuff.

Even before this pandemic during normal times.
Everytime there's a free giveaway, people will line up and get it.

I know a gas station was giving away $20 dollars of free gas sponsor by the local church.
The line was miles long to the gas station.

Almost like these aren't people who are normally poor, have just been out of jobs due to the pandemic?
