Meanwhile, Russia started mass vaccination with their vaccine, which gives 2 year protection vs 6 months of Pfizer's one. Oh, those bad Russians, how dare they!
Just how would the Russians know if their vaccine gives 2 years of protection? No testing has been done of anyone for 2 years after getting the vaccine to know that. Any more than if we know the Phizer one last 6 months, 2 months or decades. Or has long-term side effects.
We're supposed to believe that natural immunity (after exposure to the vaccine) has a short time span of protection. Yet we have no proof of that-give that only a handful of people have been re-infected, out of 17 million cases in this country.
