No, isolate and strain are not synonyms,
The only way to know if you had two different isolates of the coronavirus is to characterize the RNA of the virus.
Multiple different strains of influenza circulate every flu season. It is even possible to be simultaneously infected with more than one.

Covid testing is probably way over blown because just a strain of covid RNA will create a positive result, creating high numbers of false positives. Then, the way they calculate false positive rate is not correct. Say it's 1% false positive rate. You apply that to the number of people tested, not the test results. Big difference.
Then there are reports that if you die of heart disease or something but have covid then it counts as a covid death.
I could go on, but you get the point.
The conspiracy side says covid was created and released as a bio weapon. News is reporting covid is spiking at all time highs(which may be 90% false) just when the vax is coming out.
It just all seems orchestrated. Sure it's real. And people can get very sick and die. Then there are reports of a very effective treatment with Ivermectin, Vit D, zinc, etc when take early enough. And I read reports of people getting 100% well in days with those.
It seems like covid will kill someone at random. Like reported on a local tv news recently of a pastor that just died. Looks like he was 64 and overweight. But just him. Why doesn't it take out the whole church? And maybe he died of heart disease and had just a piece of covid RNA but still reported as a covid death. We don't know. They won't tell us in this type of detail. There is a LOT of secrecy about reporting covid.
Then we have the confusion and controversy about vaccines. Sure I took the polio and smallpox when I was a kid. But caused polio? Some research looked at how polio arose when a toxic chemical was being widely dispensed as a pesticide in the 50's. This was a time when it was thought man made chemicals were safe for putting on crops, your body, etc. A 'safe' industry.
It wasn't too long kids before age 6 would require 5-6 vaccines? And now it's like 30 before age 6. Are you kidding me? I don't even have to be a DR to know that's insane. And congress passes a law so that you can't sue a vaccine company?
When an 'enemy' can't be seen, it's the perfect way to create fear and get the public to give up freedoms. The lockdowns almost seem designed to kill small businesses. While large businesses are benefiting. It's as if the plan is to crash the economy so that new changes can be instituted to 'fix' the crashed economy.
So here's the thing. I don't know what to think. But it's possible covid is way overblown for nefarious reason. And the vaccine is the real bio-weapon?
The "Great Reset" as declared by the World Economic Forum is being put into motion.
This whole COVID19 hysteria is what they are using to implement it.

I have to agree. From what I’ve read, the most Scientists know is the vaccine will reduce symptoms if an individual is infected. Everything else is “don’t know” or “maybe” ie whether the vaccine will prevent you from getting sick; how long the vaccination will last etc.
The same can be said for medications as well. They don't actually cure you, they simply reduce severity of the symptoms.

The problem being that different flu viruses have NA and HA antigens that differ enough that one vaccine will not prevent all of them. Thus the search for a universal flu vaccine.
Studies also show no one has any idea if these vaccines will do a damn thing LOL. Especially since reports are now coming out of Europe, more unidentified strains are popping up all over the place there. This was nothing but a quick cash grab for corporate executives and “feel good” narrative for the general populace. There’s a reason legit vaccines take 5-10 years to develop and not 8 months. People think they seriously created a miracle vaccine in less than a year to the biggest plagues since the Spanish flu? Gimme a break
Huh? What studies would those be? Name and link them. And no, vaccines do not take 5-10 years to develop these days. This isn't the 1950s. Is this the newest conspiracy theory? That there isn't a vaccine and it's fake? LOL
