Anybody who has spent time in the Middle East has seen this exact thing before, which is ISIS and their destruction of cultural heritage.
But why did ISIS do this and why are factions in the US now doing it too? The goal is to destroy national unity and reject the rule of the law.
This should be taken very seriously. But since Democrats have already subverted the American people with their fraudulent election, what’s the point in even trying to fight it?
Maybe we should all just let it devolve so Democrats will finally realize what they’ve done?
That is exactly what we are doing here. But instead of blowing up stuff they clamor for name changes, removals and then sometimes they just take matters into their hands and outright destroy it themselves.
But the intent behind it is no different than what the radicals did in the ME to their own history and heritage.
Since the left is all about destroying our history and renaming everything, how about they officially change the name of San Francisco what it really is....Sodom! And while we're at it how about changing New York City to Gamorrah. It might not be politically correct, but it would be biblically correct

Let's be careful with blaming all Democrats. Not all Democrats support this crazy renaming and recategorizing of important historical figures and events just like not all Republicans support Trump. It's the extremists on both ends of the spectrum that need to be reined in. Still, and not to stray too far off topic, matters like these might just expose a riff within the Democratic Party that will widen until quite a few will break away and form their own party. I think a multiparty system beyond just two parties has been a long time coming.

But it's really not "extremists" that are carrying this out, unless you consider school board members to be extremists. The fact that this is happening means that either people don't care, are so low-information that they don't even know it's happening, or agree with it. Otherwise, there would be an uproar from locals.

Well, what do you expect? He was the figurehead for ending slavery in the US. Do you realize how hard it is for the left to get slavery re-instituted? All because of Lincoln?
"They" probably want the name removed so they can name it after some person they find highly virtue signaled. It will also make them feel empowered and better than everybody else. Don't kid yourself, modern liberalism is megalomania. All about #1.
