TLDR: parenting trend wherein parents do not reveal child's sex and allow the child to choose. From birth. They call them "theybies" instead of babies.
Why "theyby"? I did not know the word "baby" had a gender connotation. Did you? Life is too short to get one's knickers in a knot over such knonsense. A spoonful of reality: This supposed trend is not going to go anywhere.
Well, let's see... one looks down below one's abdomen and either finds a "protrusion" or does not find a "protrusion." It's really not rocket science. I guess it's kind of a necessary thing to have the parents understanding that concept before they can teach their offspring about it. And since the parents nowadays are too dense to understand very basic biology... well, therein lies the problem.
I suppose the next step in our de-evolutionary process is to not teach children to read, write properly, speak properly, understand math, etc, so that they can decide for themselves in due course. What would we call such a child??? A moron?

What is upsetting is this shall not be considered child abuse. It's a "thing" that is happening and gaining acceptance. These folks aren't classed with the deranged as they ought to be. Gal in article below is certainly not being vilified.
