Bailouts are always full of waste and fraud....regardless of which political party is in charge at the time.

They sure are. Oddly the o.p. seems concerned with this one example

If the money was used for its intended purpose, I see no issue either.
The question is: was it used as intended?

Excellent points.
Osteen could have covered this himself and set a wonderful example.
Alas...

I don't know anyone that is arguing otherwise.

So the people that work at Lakewood are not working due to Covid
Why should tax payers cover that bill?
Lakewood has plenty of money (besides the fact that they don't pay taxes) to pay those wages.

As mentioned earlier...

Jerome and Sally work as accountants for Lakewood.
Jerome and Sally work as accountants for NAACP.
Jerome and Sally work as accountants for University of Michigan.

Explain why you want to screw over tax paying Jerome and Sally (version 1) because you don't like one of those non-profit employers?

Is it because of your politics that you just want to punish the ones that work for a church? Explain?

I am and I don't even like the guy, or mega-churches.

The money is going to keep people from being laid off.

By all means though, if you want ALL non-profits to be banned from stimulus money then explain why?

Or explain why just that one non-profit should be excluded because you don't like them.

That's a good point if you stopped and considered that Paul Pelosi is a part owner of a company that got PPP and he's worth more that Olsteen.

Could have set a wonderful example, alas.

P.S. I'm just pointing out Pelosi because there is some pretty obvious partisanship in this thread so I found that amusing.

Whole bunch of rock bands too.

Google famous people that got PPP, whole bunch of people all over the political spectrum.
