If nothing else the death penalty once and for all will remove the threat of each offender executed. Even when locked up they remain a threat not only to other inmates but also their guards.
They made the choice to kill in cold blood, they should also accept the consequences of getting caught.
Imagine consequences, accountability... Guess what its not societies fault Charles Manson and company did what they did. Bundy, Dalmer, or any other 2 bit thug not our fault. Its theirs and they deserve to face the ultimate punishment for what they did. We owe them no apologies, no compassion and absolutely no mercy.

What about the chance that they could be innocent? 111 people have been released from Death Row due to things like new DNA evidence proving they were innocent.

What about the ones caught on video tape and have a dozen eye witnesses?
What about the abusive husband who kills his wife because she grew weary of the broken promises of no more beatings and she attempted to leave him?
What about the boy friends who murder their girl friends child?
What about the serial rapists who only repeat their crimes while in prison?
What about the child molester who repeats his crime within months of his release?
No a 45 acp to the head would solve the above problems once and for all.

If you were convicted, there must have been evidence of some kind of your wrong doing. There was no "doubt" about your guilt. The case proved motive and opportunity.

You failed to disprove it, if convicted.

Tell that to these people - you think simply because they were convicted, even if innocent, they deserved to die?? There are even situations where the real guilty person ended up confessing. These people could have been put to death for something they did not do.

Absolutely! If you LOOK guilty, then that's YOUR fault, and you deserve to die too.
