Silly post. If there were 13 million illegal votes, how do you know or how can you prove they weren't cast for Trump? Maybe Trump lost by 21 million legal votes.

OK- I looked up the link you yourself gave (see above) and went to the trouble of adding up all 50 states' numbers, and I came up with a total of 213,799,497 registered voters in all states.
