I may be wrong but I believe your numbers are previously registered voters and do not include the historic push from social media, big tech and Democrat organizations to legally register new voters last minute and same day. That's probably where the higher number comes from.

Wow, little wonder then that in the weeks of vote counting after election day there was not so much as a whisper from the democrats in supposedly neck & neck, to close to call, swing areas concerning how they were being " repressed" , " disenfranchised ", "cheated" at the polls .
Everything before the final result was honky dory in the whole process as far as the democrats were concerned.
This despite the fact that in the months leading up the election every major news outlet declared Georgia to be ground zero for the entire nation in republican powers suppressing voters and voters rights ?
