Okay, not entirely. Due process and all the modern legal procedures are kind of nice. I am merely talking about how the power to handle oneself against criminal and civil matters has been stripped away.

In the old days, someone threatens you, you shoot em. Someone rustles your horses, you shoot em. Someone vandalizes your property, you shoot em. Someone sleeps with your wife......

This of course had some cons, as in validity of offense, but it also had MANY pros. For one, generations of citizens thought twice about committing said offenses, because the actions had serious and immediate consequences. How many turds out there feel free to verbally harrass people on the streets of today. Yesteryear, I'd break a mans jaw for talking out of step towards me, today I'd be arrested for assault.

There are no longer consequences for being a crappy human being, and the further we allow the bottom feeders, drug addicts, rapists, and entitled marxists to go on being human parasites, the more our society will crumble.

Sorry but no, bringing back vigilante execution is not going to increase the level of civility in our society.

The mistake men make when someone sleeps with their wife is punishing the other guy rather than kicking the wife to the curb... the other guy did you a favor and showed you her true character. Thank him, kick her out. What's going to happen when the next guy comes along? Keep shooting them? Seriously there is some appeal to what you say as a man... I have that killer instinct and thirst for revenge within me... we all do.

I look to The Ten Commandments for the laws on morality...for those that do not follow them, do they have something comparable? If so, what are they?

Justice was quick.....
Didn't have to wait 3-10 years for a verdict.

We lived through that in the south...extra legal proceedings called lynching. There is a reason it was done away with.

Sure those were the good old days.

So executions stopped misbehavior, made everyone outstanding citizens, they never made mistakes.
