Money always being filitered to crap or front companies for the rich to funnel. Give it to directly to the poor and Middle class as they should, people could be funded for the next year until hopefully COVID is eradicted.
They can but they won't. Why pay taxes? What about taxation without representation? The only ones being represented are foreign countries and the typical rich scum. The average american citizen is always stuck getting the bread crumbs
It's called the Trickle-down economics..the name speaks for itself. I've notice some are in complete favor of said economics.
We should never receive aide, financials, nor representation in a "trickle" down fashion.
After listening* to the various items saturating American's* COVID bill or* stimulus package.
I must candidly admit the people of America will receive the big green weenie.

Simply to name a few items attached to the package.
5,000 pages toward our 900 Billion package.
Other than foreign aid, every thing on that list creates jobs for Americans. So yes, they are stimulus worthy. I'd rather have billions of my tax dollars spent on people actually working than sitting home getting free money.
Items on the bill has been infused or interchanged with one another.
I can take the hit in this regard.
Congress created a "single package" out of 2 bills.
Does that mean that we must take all of it (including gender studies for Sudan or whomever) if we want any of it (such as the stimulus payments)... or else we have no budget and no stimulus?
It sounds like something they are doing only because they knew the irrelevant parts would never pass a vote in Congress (or a Presidential signature) on their own merits. So they are holding the stimulus payments and the "ordinary" budget hostage until and unless they get what they want in silly fripperies. Correct?
What did he expose? The Omnibus bill has more or less what he asked for.
For example:
Congress set aside $25 million for democracy and gender studies in Pakistan. Trump's initial proposal asked for $15 million for democracy and $10 million for gender studies in Pakistan. What is there for Trump to complain about?
Congress set aside $505 million for Central America. Trump's initial proposal asked for $519 million. So Trump is now complaining about it?
Most of these foreign spending proposals were in Trump's proposal.
I looked into it; this particular article explains it all in details, giving referral links to the WH budget site.
After going through the overview of Trumps financial policies/plans, ( the main goals of it and policies that were implemented to stay on a target,) I totally understand why he was genuinely frustrated, looking at final budget proposal for 2021 ( with Covid relief package included into it.)
Even if "for example $25 million for gender studies in Pakistan" were ( supposedly) "Trump's initial proposal."
I am saying "supposedly," because when you read something like this -
"Washington, Dec 22 (PTI) The US Congress on Tuesday approved USD 25 million civilian aid package for Pakistan to strengthen democracy and promote women's rights in the South Asian country. The USD 25 million provision, reflecting revival of civilian aid package to Pakistan that was stopped by US President Donald Trump in January 2018 along with all security assistance, because of its non-cooperation in fight against terrorism, is part of the massive USD 2.3 trillion bill, that includes long-delayed coronavirus relief (USD 900 billion)" -
you get the idea where/how all this "aid to Pakistan" would ended up, if Trump would have HIS WAY for real.
Another good indication at how Trump's WH looks at foreign aid, is this, (p.79)
"The Budget for U.S. international programs advances the Nation’s strategic objectives outlined in the 2017 National Security Strategy. The Budget supports new tools to allow the United States to focus on great power competition and respond flexibly to international challenges. The Budget also prioritizes organizational reforms to increase agency effectiveness, prioritize the efficient use of taxpayer dollars, and increase burden-sharing.•Across the international affairs budget, eliminations of various programs and accounts would save nearly $170 million compared to the 2020 enacted level. These savings include the elimination of earmarked funding to non-Federal and non-profit entities such as The Asia Foundation, which sustains outside fundraising and should rely on private donations and competitive grants rather than taxpayer dollars. Further savings come from reductions to embassy-based small grants for non-strategic events and programs, which have included: $4,800 to send American artists to a poetry festival in Finland; $7,500 for a foreign student to attend Space Camp; and $10,000 to support the Muppet Retrospectacle in New Zealand. •The 2021 Budget requests $40.8 billion for the Department of State and USAID, an $11.7 billion or 22-percent decrease from the 2020 enacted level. The Budget also requests $1.6 billion for Department of Treasury international programs, a $0.1 billion or 8-percent decrease from the 2020 enacted level"
So yep, keeping Trump's initial goals in mind ( outlined in the overview of his WH budget,) when he saw the final bill being put in front of him to sign, no wonder he was reluctant to do it, looking at all the compilations there.
And when the initial article I quoted, ends with something like
"How to explain Trump’s comments about the federal budget? Is it possible that he doesn’t know what he requested or what was requested in his name? Maybe."
"Requested in his name" would be more correct answer if you ask me, even if he was personally aware of few items on the list.
Few items - I repeat it, but once he saw EVERYTHING added up on that list, this was definitely not the kind of budget ( or "Covid relief bill" for this matter) that he had in mind.
I can't blame him, listening to what's on that so-called "Covid relief package," ( or at least that's what media was passing it for all along.)
It's called the Trickle-down economics..the name speaks for itself. I've notice some are in complete favor of said economics.

I can understand where they are coming from, when it concerns specifically the US.
"Trickle-down economics" can be successfully operating version of economy here, ( why not?) but on one condition only - that the capital would be kept within the country borders.
Its' when the proponents of this system start insisting on " we can do whatever with our money and invest them wherever we are pleased globally," - it sounds as silly as insistence of their left-leaning opponents, that claim that US can sustain "free health care for all," and offer it to illegals too.
Both ideas are laughable, since both are the oxymorons.
That does not justify manipulating votes by tying a funding bill (which included Pakistan $) to a stimulus bill.
Each should have been "stand alone" bills.
PS: I do realize marketing departments jobs are to ascertain how to get people to spend on their stuff, when they on their own, would not choose to do so. Another term for that is manipulation, btw. So their studies differ little from military intelligence operations in terms of what they would study.
...And that's what leaves them this kind of loopholes.
How convenient.
