The fact that he's still employed and seen as some kind of authority figure is all the information you should need to understand that the bureaucracy only cares about growing the bureaucracy.
You don't have to buy into the globalist conspiracies or any of that kind of thing. All you need to accept is that people are people. They crave power, never willingly give it up and are always looking to increase it. Give ANY person the kind of status and authority that people have given Fauci, a career bureaucrat, over the last year and you're going to see abuse. It's guaranteed, because people are people. Fauci is no different.
Seriously, y'all need to start ignoring 99% of what this guy says. He's angling for power. That's it.

I'd not call that "changing the message based on new information"...but rather something more like telling them what they will accept now, and telling them the truth later. Hard science has little to do with what he said...if you accept his statements bolded above as him speaking the truth now.
Scientific information keeps coming in...I get that. But telling half the truth based on science....is still only a half truth no matter how you spin it.

He also admitted to lying about masks so there wasn’t a run on masks. That’s not science, it’s literal propaganda. You don’t even seem to care that they’re lying about a virus that has decimated the economy and destroyed hundreds of thousands of people’s livelihood.
