That article doesn't call for structural racism against whites. It calls for structural racism against non-blacks.
The focus on black-white relations in an increasingly multiethnic and multicultural country is self-defeating, especially when those politics are presented as zero sum. It is the politics of subtraction.

Sorry, but advocating for non-whites to be considered a half-person and thus get a half-vote, while blacks are considered full people and get a full vote, is as abhorrent as the days that blacks got 3/5 of a vote.

I think that racism is only a problem (again) in this country because the Left tells us it is. The Dems have been working overtime to divide us along race lines and they suffer from "white guilt".
Most people don't care about someones skin tone but attitudes are a problem.
