The Democrat, who is a co-chair of Joe Biden’s inauguration, declared the eve of his swearing in a time to “promote racial healing and transformation.”
“After the events over the past few weeks, we must take a hard look at the state of rising racial tensions in our country to enact change and begin healing and transformation,” Whitmer said in a news release.

Agreed. Also now that Trump is gone I wonder how many states are going to open back up now so things start to get better economically under Biden. Cuomo already is making noise about the pandemic shutdown being bad. Studies have been out for a while saying that the shutdown as it stands now is worse than the disease and we should reopening things back up.
Now, though, that will start to get more traction.

Biden's already tried to cause racial animus by stating, without any possible means of proving it, that if BLM had assaulted the capital, they would have been treated more harshly. As if an unarmed, defenseless woman being shot dead is not considered harsh??
Curious that before the riots the Inauguration was going to be virtual and indoors. After the riots, they decided to do it in regular fashion outdoors, but with soldiers all over. Is covid no longer a threat? Is that what they saying?
