Biden.

"One of his toughest tasks will be rebuilding U.S. military and diplomatic alliances that have frayed under four years of Trump’s “America First” agenda."

Biden wants to get back in good graces with China, Russia and Iran. Trump made it hard for him to do it.

No real surprise that Biden will NOT employ an "America First" agenda. More likely China first.

Now-doesn't that make him a traitor?

Biden will always put China first. That’s who butters his bread.

This is so funny. How Biden thinks it will be tough. All he is going to do is like Obama and give everyone money buy them.

How many countries will say they are still mad about not getting more money. And refuse Biden's plan.

This is hard?

Look how much Libs even included in the stimulus bill for other countries.

Interesting... with the America First policy other countries had issues. Does that mean when these prior alliances are built, it will no longer be America first? Not exactly the warm fuzzies here...
